Dance and Movement Theatre and Education

The Master’s degree deepens the knowledge from the Bachelor’s degree and develops it towards an individual authorial and pedagogical profile. The study develops independent creative work, the ability to analyse and reflect on a work of art and the ability to conceive one’s own pedagogical and creative projects.

Graduates will be able to lead artistic and educational projects in the field of dance and movement theatre and will also find employment in the field of leisure and cultural activities.
A Master prepared from this programme is an independent teacher and creator who can teach at all levels of schools, lead dance companies and creative projects, collaborate with directors and choreographers or work on their own original work.

The aim of the Master’s degree is to deepen the knowledge and skills of a teacher-creator who can think theoretically, reflect on the teaching process and his/her own work, and connect pedagogical, artistic and directorial-dramaturgical approaches. The graduate is equipped to lead dance and movement education in elementary schools, conservatories, primary and secondary schools and private institutions.
